Attorney McSherry has more than twenty years experience, having earned
her Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM) in 1990 at the Boston University
School of Law, her JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School
in 1985, and her B.A. in Public Administration from Stonehill College
in 1981.
As an active member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National
Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Attorney McSherry stays
current on the latest changes in legal issues affecting elders.
Having served as a bank trust officer and an advanced sales attorney
for a large life insurance company, Attorney McSherry has the vast
and varied experience to offer creative solutions to all of your
estate planning needs.
Attorney McSherry, her husband and two sons have lived in Easton,
MA since 1994. She is an active member and Vice-President of
HUGS II, an
organization devoted to aiding victims of domestic violence.
She is also active in her church and local community.
